Add life to your years.
Nashville Biohacking is a measured, data-driven practice of proactive longevity — founded by Scott Crosbie, owner of Next Health Nashville.
The Premise
Most of us treat health as something to repair. The longer, better life belongs to those who treat it as something to build.
Proactive, not reactive
We don't wait for something to break. We measure, adjust, and stay a step ahead of it.
Measured, not guessed
Every decision begins with data — your own biology, read precisely and revisited often.
Personal, not generic
No two protocols are alike, because no two people arrive with the same body or the same goals.

The Founder
A guide, before a guru.
Scott Crosbie spent three decades as an entrepreneur before he made longevity his life’s work. A dedicated biohacker, he became the multi-unit owner of Next Health’s Nashville and Charlotte markets — and built Nashville Biohacking as the practice that makes it understandable to anyone willing to live with intention.
His role is a simple one: to make the science of feeling extraordinary unintimidating, considered, and genuinely within reach.
The Approach
Modalities, chosen with intent.
From cellular diagnostics to advanced recovery, each therapy at Next Health Nashville earns its place. Explore the full approach.

“Health is not the absence of disease. It is the abundance of energy, clarity, and time — and all three respond to attention.”
Scott Crosbie
